Appointments with Suzan

I talk a lot about client-centered hypnosis. I've been thinking about what goes on in an appointment with me. Although the majority of clients come for hypnosis, I use whatever tools in my tool box seem appropriate for the client. We often begin with EFT (the emotional freedom technique - see www.emofree.com) and then do some relaxation and guided imagery. From there, we move into hypnosis and conclude with some exercises which may be hypnosis or NLP (Neurolinguistic programming).

I know that there were a million strange abbreviations in the paragraph above, but I think my point was that I vary the modalities used to help the client achieve his/her goals in a way that is most beneficial for that client.
