For folks who practice the Law of Attraction techniques, it is important to remember that burying feelings, tolerating or ignoring is not the same as "allowing." When we allow, we realize that each person is on his own path and that other people's actions, reactions and general behavior is his or her own. When we allow, we think "to each his own" and have no emotion or sarcasm tied to the sitauation. If we are bothered by other people and ignore our feelings, they get bottled up inside. It is important to speak about our feelings or concerns. The key is to speak with dignity and grace. As we continue to practice the Law of Attraction techniques, our reactions to others may lessen over time, naturally and automatically. Holding back our feelings is not healthy and is not allowing.
