On the second Sunday of the month, we generally hold a Reiki Share. This month we had a fabulous group of 15 people.

We used 3 Reiki tables with 5 people at each table.  Each table had at least 2 practitioners. Two tables had 3 practitioners. At our Reiki Share, everyone uses the Reiki energy in their hands to send positive, healing energy to the person on the table.

Everyone gets a turn to be the receiver and the others send the energy as we take turns giving and receiving.

The night was peaceful and nice and we left feeling wonderful. Some of the folks who hadn't felt very well and didn't want to go, reported that they were very glad they attended and they felt much better after the session.

The donations collected at this Reiki Share went to the MS society of Hampton Roads.
